Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during holidays or new product launches.

We currently ship within the United States, you will receive within 5–7 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
● Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
● Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
● Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened body care, skincare, or personal items.
Return Process
1. Contact us at mulenbody@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we’ll make it right immediately.
